I am going to revive the discussion 
I feel in a bad mood today - maybe becouse of the weather, winter is so long 
I am desperately awaiting the spring but it's still not coming.
Do you have any advice how to lift my spirits?

We just had a snow storm roll through, over 8" of that white shit. Luckily I can clean up with a blade on my tractor, that makes it fun.
So I cleaned up our driveway and also driveway for two of our neighbors. One of them is a State Trooper - you can say I am brown noser, but he let me off the hook once, he is a nice guy.

@Virginian Wow, a snow storm, it sounds like adventure You donť really have a time for depression And having warm relations with your neighbours can also lift your spirts.
Here it's rainy and foggy like in november, no snow…

I haven't read an English book for ages, but currently I am reading Who's that girl by ALexandra Potter. I am normally not keen on this kind of books (jak říct červená knihovna?), but it's funny in English.

Same here, HP was first English book I finished in one day; usually the norm for Czech books.
