@Z.jev it's not slovak, it's sarisDialekt of eastern part of Slovakia… With its temperament. Once I've heard here, that who has a woman from eastern Slovakia, he doesn't need a watch dog
My grandma was from eastern Slovakia so after what you said I know she must have been the exeption that proves the rule
She was so kind and gentle…
Hi Girls.
Finally I managed to read old posts. I don, t have much time during weekends as it is only time we can spend together as family. Otherwise my husband is working till late evenings. We bought bike seat for our son so my boys enjoyed bike during the weekend. My mum visited us yesterday so again no time to be on net.
I am quite busy with son as we are doing some potty training. We are going on hols tomorrow so I have to pack. Have a lovely time here and see you soon here. ![]()
@Sepishka - I am so glad your girl is ok. About your older post- 3 years is a very long time but you did so well and it is nearly behind you so well done.
@babi - get well soon and be lazy as you need. You need proper rest now. Part of may family is from south Slovakia but they speak more Hubgarian then Slovak. But I am older generatios so I understand Slovak very well. It is shame that youngsters wouldn't understand today.
@Moodymare Great to have you back!!! What's your plan? Where are you going?
@Sepishka - Thank you. We're going to our grandparents in Krkonose. I was just busy and the time flies by just so quickly. ![]()
@Moodymare Awesome! I like it there so much. I used to go there in summer when I was a student- working in a hotel and enjoying beautiful nature when I had time off.

@Vertiline Unfortunately he did't ask me what for a stain it was
Another time, he tried to be also very helpful and decided to clean my kettle with citric acid. He left the extremely sour water in it and didn't tell me. I was cooking rise and used that water
It was really special dinner!
@Sepishka - I love it there. Nice huge garden a lot of berries and it is so quiet there. It is close to Cesky raj and up to mountains.
Hmm, citric acid with rice, that sounds yummy.
You can also try vinegar and water that works as treat on kettle and lime scale. Do you eat fish and chips with vinegar in the US? I saw it in the UK for the first time and I was thinking people are silly as that must taste bad. But it is quite nice and I miss it now. ![]()
Once upon a time, I bought to work bohemia chips with vinegar. There were 10 people with me at work, and those chips ended up in trash
There was noone to finish them…
